Verdict

A big drop in class could see Arley Hall return to form but Lord Franklin is facing different conditions to his recent soft ground victory over a mile at Hamilton. Luctor Emergo has strong claims despite a penalty having recorded a double over C&D earlier this month and he had the re-opposing SCHMOOZE back in third in testing ground on the first occasion. The latter has since gone close here on a faster surface and can take her revenge on better terms today. Little Red Minx and Firefly will need to improve to get involved.
