Verdict

Megaleka is on a hat-trick after victories at Catterick and Yarmouth but a further 6lb may have just tipped her over the edge, despite Tim Clark's claim. It was soft ground when DARK OPAL score over course and distance in October but she's effective on this quicker surface and a consistent sort overall. John Weymes' filly gets the nod to make a winning reappearance as Rothesay Chancer tends to reserve his best for Musselburgh. Jinky, third on his reappearance at the latter track, enters the equation and Salvatore Fury also has a chance at the weights. Opt Out is another to consider but Go Go Green never looked like winning at Doncaster on Friday.
