In depth

Verdict

Vital Calling has yet to race on fast ground though his best form is good enough to see him go close if he handles the surface. However, MUHDIQ showed improvement to finish third at Lingfield last time and he gets the nod to open his account with further progress likely from Brian Meehan's colt. Tortoni and Sir Fredlot were both placed on their latest starts and shouldn't be far away while it's worth keeping an eye on Dancing Paddy as he makes his belated racecourse debut at the age of four.
