Verdict

Doeslessthanme had six lengths to spare over Oh Crick at Newton Abbot but the top weight is 7lb better off here and could easily turn the tables. Both, however, have to give weight ANQUETTA who looked as though his turn wasn't far away again when fourth in the Grand Annual at Cheltenham. He can reverse earlier Doncaster running with Quicuyo, Kings Grey and Tara Royal as he was still feeling the effects of a previous heavy fall at Ascot that day. The latter was well beaten at Aintree recently when Silk Drum was pulled up while Bocciani is better over further and was behind Best Lover over 2m at Wetherby in November. Gansey also needs a longer trip and was due to race here yesterday.
