      Verdict

Jebel Tara's winning spree was finally brought to a halt last time and he's probably now in the grip of the handicapper. Mark Johnston fields a couple but the consistent Wellingrove is 0-12 so stable companion NIMIETY is preferred. The selection was a Bath winner in mid-May over a mile and has not been beaten far on either of her last two starts. She has form on good ground or quicker and races off an unchanged mark. Corton Lad only landed a small classified stakes when beating Argaki last time but he does look on the upgrade and should be in the mix.
