Hallmark Star went close on a couple of occasions last season but his two runs this term have been disappointing, though he's still preferred to stablemate Final Assault. APOLLO ELEVEN stepped up on his debut effort at Bangor to finish third at Cheltenham a couple of weeks ago. This looks a good chance to get off the mark as Hexham fourth Redpender is likely to find this much too sharp. Frankie's Promise won a couple of bumpers at the start of the year but unseated his rider at the second flight on his hurdles debut.
