Verdict

With perfect timing, Gabbiano has now dropped back to the same mark as when landing last year's renewal. He won't be far away again and neither will the in-form Iffranesia, up 5lb for winning at Doncaster last time. Others arriving in fine form but raised in class include Bajan Bear and Perfect Muse. The latter has more scope for improvement on the back of a Newbury success and is also preferred to Go Nani Go. BISPHAM GREEN drops down a grade after a third to Another Wise Kid at Pontefract last week. That run suggests he can score off his current mark and David O'Meara's sprinter gets the vote.
