Verdict

Paul Cole's stable have endured a few lean years but his horses seem to be flying at present and GRECIAN can continue their good run of form. The grey won at Kempton with something in hand and a handicap mark of 77 does not appear harsh. Princess Rose was somewhat disappointing at Bath though its worth noting that she wasn't too far behind Queen Mary Stakes third, One Chance, on debut at Warwick. Primitorio is a half-brother to a number of juvenile winners. Top of the ground performers appear to be prolific within his pedigree so the market should give plenty of clues ahead of his first appearance in a handicap. Chord Chart was a beaten favourite on his debut at Nottingham though he made amends with a facile success at Wolverhampton. Beau Nash drops in grade having ran in the Windsor Castle Stakes.
