Verdict

A decent maiden for the time of year and several horses hold realistic claims. We're going to suggest siding with Hills Of Home in the hope that he provides a little value. Busker Royal caught the eye of the Stewards here in February and the market should provide a decent pointer to his chances, Commander Kev, Soixante, Lord Apellare and Equity Release seem sure to give their running as they are relatively exposed and connections will be keen to get a win on the board. Shire and Hora are interesting newcomers, Prince Du Beury can be expected to go well whilst the quick reappearance of Divers suggests that nothing momentous was amiss last time which will offer encouragement to his supporters. An argument can be made for each and every one of them and our case for Hills Of Home is built, in part, about the value that we hope he'll represent. He impressed on his debut even allowing for the fact that the form turned out to be worth little but his subsequent eclipse can be put down to the soft ground. The form of his hurdling debut is some way below what will be required to win this but a number of the principals are exposed and Alan King's runners tend to improve considerably from race to race. The stable continues in great form and Hills Of Home looks worth a small interest with conditions to suit.
