Verdict

Ballyrock finished second in the Challow Hurdle in 2011 but was pulled up on his only start since. Duc De Regniere also failed to complete last time but has a chance on his earlier third at Fontwell. Master Dillon should be thereabouts, along with Buck Magic, but recent Bangor winner Tullyraine has something to prove off a 10lb higher mark today. Sin Bin has yet to win over hurdles though he did go close in a jumpers' bumper at Wolverhampton in January and has plenty of scope for improvement. But PROMISED WINGS is preferred as Chris Gordon's charge posted his best effort yet when scoring with plenty in hand at Newbury last month. He's taken to shrug off a 7lb rise in the weights and follow up.
