Verdict

Deadly Sting was only beaten half-a-length on his Wetherby debut in April and will be fancied to go one better here. But we just prefer PAIR OF JACKS, who won nicely at Catterick last December and looks the type to keep on improving. Factor Fifty doesn't look as progressive but former pointers Bally Braes and Sir Mangan represent powerful yards and should pay their way. Newcomer The Perfect Crime is preferred to Southwell fourth Hope For Glory of the others.
