Gosden - leaning towards Ascot.
John Gosden erased a little of the disappointment from Rainbow View's run in the 1000 Guineas as stablemate Take The Hint made her own case for Classic inclusion by winning on the Newmarket undercard.
While the winner of a Yarmouth maiden last October does not appear to be held in the same esteem as Rainbow View - who was fifth at 8-11 in the Guineas - Take The Hint could join her in the Oaks after defeating Three Moons by a length and a quarter in the stanjames.com Pretty Polly Stakes.
The pair drew well clear of the others but Take The Hint (15-2) was dogged in battle to come out on top.
"She is always on and off the bridle - that's just the way she is at home and how she was at Yarmouth," said Gosden.
"She is a character. She is in the Oaks and she will either run there or in the Ribblesdale at Royal Ascot with no other race in between. The jockey (Jimmy Fortune) would prefer the Ribblesdale but we'll see."
William Hill are as low as 14/1 about the winner for the Oaks, Sky Bet introduced her to their market at 16/1 but 25/1 is on offer with Paddy Power, Stan James and totesport.
