Majestic Queen could make her first appearance since going under the hammer on the eve of Royal Ascot in the Irish Stallion Farms EBF Brownstown Stakes at Fairyhouse on Sunday.

The Tracey Collins-trained five-year-old claimed her second Group-race success in the Chartwell Fillies' Stakes at Lingfield in early May and was last seen finishing third behind Mustajeeb in the Greenlands Stakes at the Curragh.

She was down to run in the Wokingham Stakes at the Royal meeting, but was bought by Sheikh Mohammed's bloodstock advisor John Ferguson for £825,000 at Goffs' London Sale at the start of Ascot week and did not take up her engagement at the showpiece fixture.

She is among 12 entries for this weekend's Group Three contest and will carry the Royal blue silks of Godolphin for the first time if she does take her chance.

Collins said: "I'm not sure what the plan is yet, but it's a possibility she could run this weekend.

"She's very well, but I need to speak to all the people involved and then we'll make a plan. Nothing is written in stone at this stage.

"The Prix Maurice de Gheest is a race we're looking at later on, so we'll see."
