Richard Hannon is confident Moheet will handle the step up to 12 furlongs in the Investec Derby at Epsom.
The Al Shaqab Racing-owned three-year old is due to tackle a trip beyond a mile for the first time in the Classic on June 6.
After finishing third behind stablemate Kool Kompany on his return in the Craven Stakes at Newmarket in April, the Salisbury maiden winner was last seen in action earlier this month when coming home eighth behind Gleneagles in the 2000 Guineas.
Hannon said: "Things didn't go our way in the 2000 Guineas but he is a very talented horse who will improve for the step up in trip. We have got absolutely nothing to lose and we are not expecting him to win, but he will run well.
"We decided to take our chance in what appears to be an open-looking Derby as there is no mega star on show at the moment."
