Clive Cox is thinking of trying Perfect Blessings over seven furlongs again after she stayed on well to take third place in the Cammidge Trophy at Doncaster last month.
The four-year-old failed to cut any ice in her only attempt at the longer distance last term but Cox believes she showed she will stay after her effort over six furlongs at Doncaster in the Listed race won by Naadirr.
Among her entries is the seven-furlong Canford Cliffs EBF Athasi Stakes at the Curragh on May 4, a Group Three race for fillies and mares.
"She's a filly that has shown form over six but I think will be effective over seven," said Cox.
"She's well entered but needs cut in the ground. She ran a great race in the Cammidge at Doncaster."
Cox is looking forward to the three-year-old campaign of Investec Oaks entry Loaves And Fishes, whose dam Miracle Seeker defeated subsequent Epsom heroine Look Here in the Lingfield Oaks Trial in 2008
Loaves And Fishes, winner of her only start as a juvenile, is reported to have done well over the winter.
"She did very well and basically we're just coming to hand. She's a nice filly and she's well entered," said the Lambourn trainer.
"Fingers crossed we've got lots to look forward to with her. I don't know yet where she will start off. She's going nicely and is a filly to look out for.
"We know the family very well."
