A review of Saturday afternoon's meeting at Leopardstown where Felix Yonger won over hurdles for Willie Mullins.

Aintree in April is an option open to Felix Yonger after he successfully reverted to hurdling at Leopardstown.

The 4-5 favourite, trained by Willie Mullins and ridden by Ruby Walsh, was not hard pressed to deny outsider Cardinal Palace by two and a quarter lengths in the Ballsbridge Hurdle.

Mullins said: "It was a nice opportunity for him.

"I didn't know how ready I had him after missing some time.

"His rating was good enough to win and he did what he should have done.

"We'll probably look at Fairyhouse and Punchestown, or we might look at Aintree. We'll keep our options open.
