Wyck Hill's season will be geared around a crack at the Crabbie's Grand National.
David Bridgwater's chaser has suffered misfortune regarding Aintree for the last two seasons, firstly due to injury and more recently because he missed the cut.
The JP McManus-owned 10-year-old won the Eider Chase last season but it came after the weights for Aintree had already been published.
"He's only been back with us about 10 days after being in Ireland," said Bridgwater.
"I imagine it will all be about Aintree with him and I hope he'll sneak in this year.
"He was bought by JP to run in the National but two years ago he got injured at Kempton, had a few poor runs and dropped down the weights.
"Then he went and won the Eider last year but that was too late to get him in.
"Hopefully he'll get in this year, he won't be running until the weights come out I wouldn't have thought anyway."
