Bryan: expected to beat Cena for WWE Title

Sky Bet have placed Daniel Bryan as favourite to win the WWE Championship at SummerSlam.

Bryan (4/11) is expected to defeat reigning titlist John Cena (2/1) - who has held the prestigious strap since winning it from The Rock at WrestleMania - and claim his first WWE Championship inside the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

However, Sky Bet feel World Heavyweight Champion Alberto Del Rio (4/7) will retain his gold by beating Christian (5/4), who earned his title match by knocking off Rob Van Dam and Randy Orton in a Triple Threat encounter on Smackdown.

Damien Sandow is seeking revenge on Cody Rhodes after his former tag team partner tossed his Money in the Bank briefcase into the Gulf of Mexico.

And the Duke of Decency (8/13) has been favoured to earn it in his singles match with the moustached Superstar (6/5).

Sky Bet cannot pick a winner in the mixed tag team match between as Dolph Ziggler and Kaitlyn take on AJ Lee and Big E Langston, placing both duos at 5/6, but they are tipping Brock Lesnar and Bray Wyatt to vanquish CM Punk and Kane respectively.

Lesnar (2/5), who will have Paul Heyman in his corner in California on Sunday night, is expected to best Punk in his first WWE match since defeating Triple H inside of a steel cage at Extreme Rules.

Plus, Sky Bet reckon Wyatt, leader of the eerie Wyatt Family, will win his first bout in the WWE, despite going one-on-one with the Big Red Monster in a Ring of Fire Match.
