Cesaro Neutralized Rob Van Dam and Bad News Barrett on Main Event
The Intercontinental Title match on WWE Main Event came to a premature end after Cesaro’s meddling.
Wade Barrett retained his belt by beating Rob Van Dam at Payback on Sunday and seemed primed to do the same on Tuesday evening when he lined the former ECW stalwart up for the Bull Hammer.
But before the Preston fighter could deliver the move, he was floored by Cesaro’s Neutralizer and as Barrett lay prone, the Swiss clobbered Van Dam with the same manoeuvre, all whilst his manager Paul Heyman gazed on with glee.

Meanwhile, Goldust’s hopes of striking up a partnership as strong as the one he previously shared with brother Cody Rhodes took another blow as he and his latest buddy slipped to defeat.
The Bizarre One lost to RybAxel on Raw after teaming up with Sin Cara and his union with Kofi Kingston failed to fare any better, with the grapplers vanquished by Luke Harper and Erick Rowan.
Harper’s vicious clothesline on Kingston brought the match to a conclusion – and left Rhodes, watching on a monitor in the backstage area, extremely annoyed.
