The St Louis Blues edged the Los Angeles Kings 1-0 on their home rink as Jaroslav Halak produced his fifth clean sheet this season.

Jamie Langenbrunner's goal at the other end secured the win.

The Calgary Flames beat the Chicago Blackhawks 3-1 to return to winning ways with Jarome Iginla scoring one and setting up another.
