Dolph Ziggler, Sheamus, Gold and Stardust, and AJ Lee all retained their titles at the Hell in a Cell pay-per-view on Sunday night.

Ziggler defeated Cesaro in a two-out-of-three falls match to remain Intercontinental Champion, while Sheamus kept the United States belt by overcoming The Miz.

Gold and Stardust, meanwhile, preserved their grip on the WWE Tag Team Titles with victory over The Usos, and Divas Champion Lee edged out British grappler Paige.

Ziggler and Cesaro’s high-octane duel kicked off Hell in a Cell perfectly, with both men’s technical savvy, impact moves and high-flying antics keeping the fans royally entertained.

But Ziggler prevailed without dropping a fall, firstly pinning the Swiss Superman with a roll-up and then covering him once more after administering an expertly-timed Zig Zag.

Sheamus had to deal with the comedic presence of Miz’s stunt double Damien Mizdow at ringside but came out on top after blasting The Awesome One with a Brogue Kick.

The United States Champion had a little fun post-bout, too, using Miz’s stricken body to perform Y.M.C.A, actions that Mizdow, who had been mimicking The Awesome One throughout the match, duly carried out as well.

Plus, Goldust executed a Curtain Call on Jey Uso to secure the win for himself and sparkling sibling Stardust, while Lee forced Paige to tap out to the Black Widow, leading to the loser attacking friend Alicia Fox in a fit of rage.

Elsewhere, Big Show submitted to Rusev’s accolade, while Nikki Bella clocked twin sister Brie with a clubbing forearm and two Rack Attacks to win their tussle and subject Brie to the role of her personal assistant for the next month.
