Charlotte Dujardin, the double Olympic champion, has been knocked off the top of dressage's world rankings.

Dujardin, based in Gloucestershire, and her London 2012 horse Valegro had held first place on the back of winning team and individual gold medals at Greenwich Park over the summer.

However, Holland's Jerich Parzival and Adelinde Cornelissen have now regained pole position following recent World Cup successes in Denmark and France.

The Dutch combination were world number one for 14 consecutive months from June 2011 until British star Dujardin overtook them.

Laura Bechtolsheimer, Dujardin's Olympic colleague, remains fourth with Mistral Hojris, while Carl Hester - the third member of Britain's gold medal-winning team - is up one place to 18th on Uthopia.
