England netball star Sasha Corbin visited the Game Changers studio to talk about her team's success in 2013.
The wing attack, who plays for Hertfordshire Mavericks at club level, was part of the side that won 11 games out of 12 and beat Jamaica and South Africa along the way.
"The whole year has been a highlight," said Corbin.
"We beat Australia for the first time at the beginning of the year and have done really well and grown as a team since then.
"We are really happy with the way it's gone."
Corbin - whose England side have been nominated in the Team of the Year category in the 2013 Sportswomen of the Year awards - also revealed that she did not always play in her current position.
"I started off as a goalkeeper but because of my height - I am a bit shorter than your average goalkeeper at 5ft 7in - I moved to wing attack.
"I haven't looked back since."
