Silver Lining

Host Jon Holmes and skysports.com's Olympics man Paul Higham are joined by Team Sky editor Jonathan Turner to talk over the mixed fortunes of GB's road cycling teams with Mark Cavendish missing out but Lizzie Armitstead bagging an excellent silver. We hear from Armitstead on her silver, from Cassie Patten on Becky Adlington and from Boris Johnson on those empty seats around Olympic venues. We also pick out our highlights from the Games so far and preview what to look out for coming up in the next few days.

London Preview

In the first of our podcasts, we preview the big events this summer and where GB will win big medals in athletics, swimming and boxing - who are our best medal hopes? We also look at two of the biggest stars of the Olympics in Usain Bolt and Michael Phelps and discuss how they will get on at London 2012. Are they still the force of old or are their stars not shining as bright as in Beijing? We also hear from the likes of Ennis, Redgrave and Gunnell.
