The modern pentathlete finished ninth at London 2012 and after enjoying those Olympics so much she's determined to go to the Games in Brazil in 2016.
"London 2012 was amazing," she told Game Changers.
"It was a fantastic Games and hopefully I'll get to go to Rio. I'm training now for that."
In between training sessions and competing, Natalya is also a Sky Sports Living for Sport mentor.
As part of her role she goes into schools and inspires kids to get involved in sport.
"It's really good and one of the best jobs you can do," she said. "I love going into secondary schools in Ireland and getting to meet some fantastic kids and doing some great things with them. It's brilliant."
