Back-to-back wins over play-off rivals have propelled Pittsburgh into a wild-card spot, tied for second with Baltimore in the AFC Central.

But the hosts must find a way to breach the Chiefs' miserly defence at Heinz Field on Sunday, live on Sky Sports.

Pittsburgh secured a 27-20 win at Atlanta last weekend, following up a 42-21 victory over Cincinnati, while the Chiefs boosted their own hopes of a wild card spot with a 31-13 win against Oakland.

Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, wide receiver Antonio Brown and running back Le'Veon Bell have been in record-breaking form, but come up against a Kansas defence which owns the second-best pass defence at 199.2 yards per game.

During a stellar season, Roethlisberger has racked up 4,415 passing yards, already a franchise record, with a career-high 67.2 completion percentage.

Brown has also played an influential role, leading the league with 115 receptions which is already a single-season team record, while he needs just two yards to pass last year’s franchise mark of 1,499 receiving yards.

With his 76 receptions, Bell has claimed the best tally by a Steelers running back, 25 more than the previous record, and currently holds a team-record 2,043 yards from scrimmage.

The Chiefs have been pinning their hopes on running backs Jamaal Charles and Knile Davis, who have combined for 1,388 rushing yards and contributed 21 of the team's 36 touchdowns.

This pairing will need to produce another fruitful showing if they are to unsettle Pittsburgh's run defence that has allowed 183 yards and one touchdown over the last two games.

Alex Smith has thrown for 18 touchdowns this season and Kansas City will be seeking more invention from their quarterback as they try to stay in the hunt for a wild card berth.

You can watch the Steelers take on the Chiefs, live on Sky Sports 2 HD, with coverage starting from 5.30pm on Sunday
