Ann Duffield will speak to owners Qatar Racing about plans for Dark Reckoning following the filly's victory in the Group Three Firth Of Clyde Stakes at Ayr on Saturday.
There is a possibility the daughter of Equiano could run again this season, but her main date is likely to be the Autumn Horses In Training Sales next month.
"She's absolutely fine. She's as tough as old boots and like a little terrier," said the North Yorkshire trainer.
"I've got to talk to the team at Sheikh Fahad's. She is in the Horses In Training Sales at the end of October, so I don't know if we'll go again with her because of that sales entry.
"I don't know what the plan will be. I'll have to discuss it with them first, but she's certainly come out of the race very well.
"We might try to get some more black type or we might go straight to the sales. I don't know if another Group win would enhance her value that much.
"It's difficult to know, but she is in very good heart so there's no reason not to run her again. It's up to the team."
Dark Reckoning's cause was helped being drawn near the stands side while Duffield's other runner, Marsh Pride, could only finish eighth from her low-number stall. However, she finished with a flourish to hearten Duffield.
"The draw bias played into our hands with Dark Reckoning but did not help Marsh Pride," she said.
"Not long after the line she was right on the heels of Dark Reckoning. When PJ (McDonald) could get her across to the faster ground, that golden strip everyone was going on about, she picked up massively and ran very well.
"She's a good filly and wants further than six, but yesterday wasn't her day. She's growing so I don't know what we'll do with her yet."
