Arsenal have been drawn against Besiktas in the Champions League play-off round.
Arsene Wenger's side will travel to Turkey for the first leg on August 19 or 20 with the return at the Emirates the following week.
Celtic, who were reinstated into the competition after Legia Warsaw were expelled for fielding an ineligible player at Murrayfield on Wednesday, have been paired with Slovenian side Maribor.
Like Arsenal, the Scottish champions have been drawn away from home in the first leg.
