The 22-year-old jumped 4.62 metres to take top spot with a season's best and declared herself happy with her performance despite admitting to being "a bit rusty."
"I didn't jump the best out there, but I enjoyed it," said the Sky Academy Sports Scholar.
"There's a few things we can tweak and work on now because I felt a bit rusty today. But, first competition after coming back from warm weather camp, I'm in a really good place and looking forward to the rest of indoors."
The USA's Mary Saxer was Bleasdale's closest challenger but still came up some way short of the British number one as cleared 4.42m.
Slow start
It was a slow start for Bleasdale as she took three attempts to clear her opening height of 4.42m before taking out 4.52m first time.
She got over 4.62m at the second attempt and, with victory already assured, three more at 4.72m followed but without success.
However, Bleasdale had every reason to be satisfied with her first indoor outing of 2014 after missing much of last season through injury.
She can now look forward to greater challenges with both the British and World Indoor Championships to come before the end of March.
