Fleetwood have confirmed midfielder Junior Brown has had his contract terminated by the club, allowing him to join Oxford United.

The 25-year-old went on loan to Tranmere from March until the end of last season where he made nine appearances and leaves the Cod Army to sign a one-year deal at the Kassam Stadium.
