Netball: Tamsin Greenway rules herself out of Commonwealth Games

NEWCASTLE, AUSTRALIA - OCTOBER 09: Tamsin Greenway of England in action during game one of the International Test match series between the Australian Diamo

Tamsin Greenway has ruled herself out of contention for this year's Commonwealth Games.

The Surrey Storm player-coach has been in fine form for her team who are top the ZEO Netball Superleague.

The former England international took a year out in 2013 following the birth of her daughter, but the WA has returned to the top of her game reigniting her formidable partnership with Storm shooter Rachel Dunn. Their success has left many asking whether Greenway will be called up for England ahead of this year's Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.

A bronze medal winner in 2010, Greenway told Sky Sports Netball that she has informed England coach Anna Mayes of her decision not to be a part of her squad.

This Friday 28 March you will be able to read Tamsin's reasons for her deicsion exclusively on SkySports.com in her weekly blog - Click here for more.
