England's Jodi Ewart Shadoff did not get the chance to take aim at the lead of the Blue Bay LPGA in China on Friday as heavy rains curtailed the second day's play.
Ewart Shadoff, one shot off Jessica Korda's lead after her opening round of 67, never made it to the tee as play was first delayed and then suspended following atrocious weather at the Jian Lake Blue Bay golf course.
With little sign of improvement play was eventually called off for the day a little after 3pm, with plans to resume at 9am local time on Saturday morning.
