Scott Quigg and trainer Joe Gallagher have been forced to prepare for a new opponent
Scott Quigg will defend his WBA super bantamweight title against Stephane Jamoye at the Phones 4u Arena in Manchester on September 13.
The Bury fighter was originally due to face Paulus Ambunda, but the former world champion pulled out after suffering a hamstring injury in training.
His replacement Jamoye has already displayed his ring skills in Britain, pushing Jamie McDonnell all the way in a hard-fought points defeat back in 2011.

The Belgian has since fallen short at the top level, suffering losses against Leo Santa Cruz, the current WBC super-bantamweight champion, and WBC bantamweight king Shinsuke Yamanaka.
But he remains a dangerous opponent and holds stoppage wins over British duo Lee Haskins and Ashley Sexton.
Quigg’s clash with Jamoye tops a packed bill in Manchester, with home favourite Anthony Crolla pitted against Mexican Gamaliel Diaz as he attempts to stake his claim for a world title shot.
Heavyweight prospect Anthony Joshua will be targeting an eighth straight stoppage win, while another former Team GB star Gamal Yafai is also in action.
There are two British title eliminators on the undercard as Scotty Cardle challenges Kirk Goddings at lightweight and Sam Eggington takes on Denton Vassell in a welterweight clash.
