The Davis Cup play-off between Ukraine and Belgium will be held at a neutral venue in Estonia because of security issues in Kiev.
The International Tennis Federation says the best-of-five World Group play-off series, to be played between September 12-14, will be played on indoor hard courts at the Tere Tennis Centre in Tallinn.
The series had been originally scheduled for Kiev, but Belgium appealed for the venue to be moved.
The ITF previously moved the play-off between Israel and Argentina to a neutral venue in Sunrise, Florida, also because of security concerns.
