Tim Bresnan and Jonny Bairstow are set to make their comebacks for Yorkshire on Sunday after being named in the squad for the LV= County Championship Division One match against Durham.

The England pair replace two fellow internationals, with Gary Ballance and Joe Root both dropping out having been selected for England's training camp and one-day international against Scotland next week.

All-rounder Bresnan came through a second XI clash with Lancashire in good shape last week, while wicketkeeper Bairstow has been passed fit having recovered from a broken finger.

Both players will be hoping to impress England's new selection panel, having missed out on the chance to impress new head coach Peter Moores in Aberdeen.

The game at Emirates Durham ICG marks the return of domestic cricket to Sky Sports and England's former limited-overs coach and selector Ashley Giles will be part of the team for the first three days in Chester-le-Street.

During the course of the match there will also be an interview by Michael Atherton with Moores, plus we will catch up with Middlesex batsman and England hopeful Sam Robson.

Watch Durham v Yorkshire live on Sky Sports 2 from 10.30am on Sunday to Wednesday.
