Warrington forward Ben Harrison is set to makes his first appearance of the Super League season when the Warriors host Hull FC on Sunday.

Harrison is named in Tony Smith's 19-man squad for the contest after making a recovery from abdominal surgery.

Fellow forward Simon Grix is not present, however, the 28-year-old having been ruled out for several weeks with an ankle injury.

The only other change Smith makes to the squad which was named for last weekend's narrow defeat against Leeds sees Rhys Evans called up in place of Brad Dwyer.

Winger Gene Ormsby and prop Anthony England could both make their home debuts.

"Looking at Hull, they are a tough team. They are a team that typically matches up well against us. Every time we play them it's usually a pretty close contest," captain Michael Monaghan told the Wolves' official website.

"They are a big physical side and that's an area we've struggled with recently. It's a challenge for us and I know they'll come here pretty confident because they've had recent success at The Halliwell Jones Stadium.

"It's a challenge but that's the standard of Super League now; every week is a competition and a tough game. We are looking forward to improving again on what we did last week."

Hull have brought in Jay Pitts from his dual registration spell with Doncaster after losing former Warrington prop Garreth Carvell with an ankle injury.

Centre Kirk Yeaman is set to return to the side after sitting out last week's defeat at St Helens.

The visitors will be hoping to inflict a third straight defeat on last year's beaten Grand Finalists.

Warrington: Asotasi, Atkins, Bridge, Currie, England, B. Evans, R. Evans, Harrison, Higham, Hill, Laithwaite, J. Monaghan, M. Monaghan, Myler, O'Brien, Ormsby, Ratchford, Waterhouse, Westwood.

Hull: Arundel, Bowden, Crookes, Ellis, Heremaia, Horne, Houghton, Lineham, Miller, Paea, Paleaaesina, Pitts, Rankin, Shaul, Talanoa, Thompson, Westerman, Whiting, Yeaman.
