A waterlogged pitch at Sixfields has forced the postponement

Saturday's League One match between Coventry and Walsall has been postponed because of a waterlogged pitch at Sixfields.

Heavy overnight rain in Northampton meant the 9.30am pitch inspection left officials with no choice but to call the game off.

However, Walsall will remain in the play-off places come the end of Saturday because Peterborough, the only team that can overtake them into sixth, have also had their game against Colchester postponed.
