Harlequins have rung the changes for their Round Three LV= Cup showdown with Leicester Tigers at the Twickenham Stoop, one of six fixtures to be played on Saturday.

The Quins side is a mix of both youth and experience as Tom Williams, Harry Sloan, Jordan Turner-Hall and Joe Gray start, making their first appearances after returning from injury; Maurie Fa'asavalu continues his return after a substitute appearance last weekend against the Scarlets.

Karl Dickson captains the side and is joined in the half-backs by Ben Botica. Ollie Lindsay-Hague is named at full-back with Williams and Paul Sackey making up the back three.

Scrum-half David Mele will lead out Leicester for the first time following his summer arrival from Perpignan and he teams up with Ryan Lamb in an experienced half-back combination.

Other senior players in the line-up for the trip to the Stoop include Scott Hamilton, Adam Thompstone, Matt Smith, Rob Hawkins, Steve Mafi and Thomas Waldrom.

Also on Saturday, Chris Hala'ufia will make his first start of 2014 as he returns to the London Irish back-row against London Wasps at Vicarage Road.

Newport Gwent Dragons have named three of Wales' U20 stars in their starting line-up that will take on Pool 4 leaders Northampton, whose squad is decimated due to either injury or international call-ups.

Sale Sharks have named Mark Easter as captain in a much-changed XV that welcomes Worcester Warriors to AJ Bell Stadium.

Academy youngster Elliott Davies is set for his first-team debut for Worcester.

Jonathan Spratt will make his 50th Ospreys appearance and captain the side from outside centre against Exeter at Sandy Park.

The final fixture sees Bath host Cardiff, who will start to prepare for life without Leigh Halfpenny after the Wales star finalised his move to Toulon earlier this week.
