Ollie Lindsay-Hague is named on the right wing in place of Charlie Walker who has ruptured his pectoral muscle - the winger had surgery this week and is expected to return in April. Sam Smith also misses out due to a dead leg picked up in training.
Karl Dickson, who made his 100th appearance for the club last week partners Nick Evans in the half backs. Scrum-half Danny Care, who sustained a knock last week, will meet up with England on Monday.
In an unchanged forward pack, Chris Robshaw, who was today announced as England captain for the forthcoming Six Nations championship, continues at openside flanker with Luke Wallace and Nick Easter completing the back row.
Among the replacements, Tom Williams will look to make an impact after returning from injury.
Meanwhile, in the Scarlets centres Gareth Maule comes in to partner Welsh international Scott Williams with Nic Reynolds also sidelined with a pectoral injury.
Up and coming star Jordan Williams replaces Frazier Climo on the wing, whilst Phil John returns at loosehead. George Earle gets the nod in the second-row to partner Jake Ball.
