Toulouse have the chance to secure a home Heineken Cup quarter-final with a bonus-point win at Zebre on Saturday.
Victory at Stadio XXV Aprile would be enough to ensure top spot in Pool 3 but, depending a results elsewhere, the French side may need to score four tries to be sure of hosting a last-eight fixture.
Toulouse welcome the return of Vincent Clerc - the Heineken Cup's all-time leading try scorer - in a starting XV that features four changes to the side that beat Saracens last week.
With Clerc back, Yoann Huget switches wings to start on the left and Hosea Gear drops out of the squad.
