Saracens director of rugby Mark McCall knows that his side will almost certainly have to win at Toulouse on Sunday if they are to keep their Heineken Cup hopes alive.

Both teams are locked on 15 points at the top of Pool 3, but with Toulouse's final game next weekend against group whipping boys Zebre, victory over Sarries should secure the French side a quarter-final berth as group winners.

Four-time Heineken champions Toulouse have a formidable home record - despite a shock defeat to Connacht last month - and will be confident of completing the double over Saracens after their 17-16 victory at Wembley in October.

McCall told Sky Sports: "Toulouse beat us in London, so we are behind the black ball a little bit, but we go into the game in good spirits, in good form as well.

"But we have got to get a lot of things right when we go over there to make sure we win."

Saracens full-back Alex Goode added: "Toulouse have got a great record at home and in the Heineken Cup over the years they are the one big French team that have always put a lot of pride into it and tried tremendously hard.

"I think the crowd will lift them and for all their players it will be a big week. We will have to be at the top of our game."
