Six successive victories have seen the Giants elevated to the summit of the standings while seven straight defeats leave the Broncos rooted in 14th.
Broncos head coach Tony Rea has made just one change to the squad which suffered a 38-10 defeat at the hands of St Helens last time out.
Outside back Kieran Dixon returns to the 19-man squad after missing six weeks of action due to a broken hand, meaning there is no place for Under 19 player Iliess Macani.
Atmosphere
Rea is also expected to include back David Howell in his match-day 17 after he narrowly missed out last weekend's loss, and the Broncos boss insists the camp is in good spirits.
"There's a good atmosphere in the group with it being the last home game of the season," he told the club's official site.
Similarly, Giants coach Paul Anderson also names one switch from the side which prevailed 30-12 over Wigan Warriors at the DW Stadium last week.
Hooker Shaun Lunt misses out as outside back Ben Blackmore joins Anderson's travelling party as the Giants seek the first of three victories which would see them claim the League Leaders' Shield.
Focused
With a slender one-point advantage at the head of the table, Anderson knows that his side must take each challenge as it comes if they are to be victorious.
"We are very single minded and focussed in regards to what we need to achieve," he told the club's official site.
"This week what we need to achieve is to put in good days of training which we have done, get a good day off, then two more good days of training before we play London Broncos on Saturday."
The Giants have won all four of the previous meetings between the sides, the latest victory being a 34-6 win at the Galpharm Stadium in February.
