Yohan Blake: Set to compete in Lausanne, injury permitting
Speed kings Yohan Blake, Tyson Gay, Justin Gatlin and Asafa Powell are expected to feature in the 100m at the Lausanne Diamond League meeting on 4 July, organisers have confirmed.
Jamaica's Blake, the reigning world champion over the distance, recorded the second-fastest 100m in history at the Swiss track last year, clocking a time of 9.69 seconds.
His participation in the eighth Diamond League meet of the season remains in some doubt, however, as he continues to recover from fitness after a minor injury.
Olympic champion Usain Bolt will not be there but is set to feature at the Paris meeting just two days later.
Meanwhile, organisers also confirmed that Olympic champion and triple world champion Allyson Felix will race Carmelita Jeter in the women's 200m.
