Sussex went top of the County Championship with victory over Somerset by an innings and 116 runs at Horsham.
Steve Magoffin finished with career-best match figures of 12-31 as Somerset were bowled out for 108 in their second innings by 2.35pm in the afternoon on day two.
The Australian had taken 8-20 on the opening day when Somerset were dismissed for 76 and added a haul of 4-11 second time around.
Sussex extended their first innings from an overnight 289-9 to earn a third batting point but were all out for 300 when Alfonso Thomas removed Magoffin (23) with the sixth delivery of the day to complete figures of 5-69.
But Somerset's top order, facing a deficit of 224, again capitulated.
James Anyon (3-25) took the wickets of Alviro Petersen (1), Arul Suppiah (22) and James Hildreth (1) to leave the visitors on 47-4 after Magoffin had started the collapse by dismissing Marcus Trescothick (13) for the second time in the match.
Jos Buttler hit a boundary-laden 29 but spinner Monty Panesar (1-24) had him caught via a top-edged reverse sweep and Magoffin ran through the tail to complete the rout and record the best figures by a Sussex bowler since Mushtaq Ahmed's 13-225 against Worcestershire in the title-winning season of 2007.
Sussex have won three of their opening five games in Division One this season, while Somerset remain without a victory.
