Warrington Wolves have named just one change to their squad for Sunday's Tetley's Challenge Cup fifth round tie against Salford City Reds at the Halliwell Jones Stadium.

The Wolves are boosted by the long-awaited return of Lee Briers who has spent the majority of the campaign on the sidelines with injury.

The inclusion of Briers means there is no space for Danny Bridge in Tony Smith's 19-man match-day squad while Rhys Evans, Chris Bridge and Adrian Morley are all unavailable as they recovery from their respective injuries.

Eight-time winners Warrington sealed a tie against Super League neighbours Salford by beating Keighley 74-4 in the previous round and with a fourth Challenge Cup in five seasons possible head coach Smith remains grounded.

"We've got the ability to get there but we have got to concentrate on each week," he said. "We'll concentrate on this one; we won't look any further beyond that."

Meanwhile, Salford have named just one change to their squad as they look to book a place in the sixth round.

Centre Chris Nero has been brought into the squad to replace winger Danny Williams who misses out on the trip.

Salford will be looking for some consistency having only won two of their last five outings, one of which was an 82-6 victory against the Gloucestershire All Golds in the last round of the Challenge Cup.

The pair last met in March in the Super League when Warrington raced to a 46-4 victory at the Salford City Stadium.

Warrington: Atkins, Briers, Carvell, Cooper, Currie, Grix, Higham, Hill, Hodgson, J. Monaghan, M. Monaghan, Myler, Ratchford, C. Riley, G. Riley, Waterhouse, Westwood, Williams, Wood.

Salford: Ashurst, Broughton, Dixon, Emmitt, Fages, Foran, Gaskell, Gibson, Gleeson, Godwin, Griffin, James, Mauro, McGoldrick, Neal, Nero, Sneyd, Walne, Wild.
