Wyatt Crockett and Brodie Retallick have agreed new two-year deals with the New Zealand Rugby Union.

The 30-year-old loosehead Crockett has also committed to the Crusaders for the same period, while rising second row star Retallick will remain at the Chiefs.

Crockett, who has been capped 11 times, said: "I am really happy to extend my contract with New Zealand Rugby and the Crusaders for another two years.

"I still have a lot I want to achieve in New Zealand rugby and I feel privileged to get up each day and do something I truly love."

Retallick, who helped the Chiefs to the Super Rugby title on his debut season, added: "I am really enjoying playing for the All Blacks and the Chiefs and want the opportunity to defend the Chiefs' Super Rugby title and also hopefully will get the opportunity to also play in a Rugby World Cup."

Retallick and Crockett are the latest players to commit to the All Blacks, with captain Richie McCaw, Daniel Carter, Ben Franks, Tony Woodcock, Owen Franks, Charlie Faumuina, Dane Coles, Hikawera Elliot, Luke Romano, Victor Vito, Piri Weepu, Aaron Smith, Aaron Cruden, Conrad Smith, Israel Dagg and Cory Jane all now contracted to the world champions.
