Francis Cummins: Knows Castleford will be tough opponents

Sky Bet

Bradford coach Francis Cummins is expecting Castleford to visit Odsal with their tails up after pulling off a shock 14-12 win over Leeds.

The Tigers have since lost England half-back Rangi Chase to suspension but coach Ian Millward has replaced him with Warrington's Gareth O'Brien and Cummins is expecting a close game.

"To defeat the champions takes a lot of effort but they really deserved that win and they will be coming here looking for another two points," Cummins said.

"We always have tough games against Castleford. They have a lot of dangerous players in there and they will be tough opponents for us."

Cummins has named the same 19-man squad for this week's game and will give Michael Platt as long as possible before deciding if he will play.

For Castleford, Kirk Dixon has recovered early from his calf tear to re-join the 19-man squad.

Bradford Bulls squad: James Donaldson, Adam Sidlow, Michael Platt, Manase Manuokafoa, Jamie Langley, Matt Diskin, Brett Kearney, Nick Scruton, Heath L'Estrange, Matty Blythe, Keith Lulia, Elliot Whitehead, Elliot Kear, Jarrod Sammut, Danny Addy, Tom Olbison, Chev Walker, Jobe Murphy, Jamie Foster

Castleford Tigers squad: Richard Owen, Justin Carney, Michael Shenton, Jake Webster, Kirk Dixon, Jamie Ellis, Jonathan Walker, Daryl Walker, Craig Huby, Lee Gilmour, Weller Hauraki, Grant Millington, Jake Emmitt, Adam Milner, Nathan Massey, Oliver Holmes, Jordan Thompson, Jordan Tansey, Gareth O'Brien
