The Heineken Cup enter the it's final round this weekend with four teams confirmed as going through, with a further four sports up for grabs.

With places in the knockout stages on the line, we take a look at all the permutations for each of the six Pools. Who will make the last eight? And who will have to be satisfied with a place in the Amlin Challenge Cup?

Saracens will finish top if they beat Edinburgh, the only team in this season's tournament without a point, at Vicarage Road on Sunday. Should Saracens slip up, then Munster, who are also chasing one of two best runners-up spots, could overtake them by defeating Thomond Park visitors Racing Metro.

The group has come down to a Welford Road-decider between Leicester and four-time European champions Toulouse on Sunday. The winners will progress, although a draw would also be enough for Toulouse as they currently stand two points above the Tigers.

English champions Harlequins have already won the group and secured a home quarter-final as one of four top seeds. A bonus-point victory against Biarritz at Parc des Sports Aguilera on Friday night would ensure they march on as top seeds.

Ulster have won the pool, but they know a bonus-point triumph away to French club Castres on Saturday would guarantee them a home tie in the first knockout phase. Northampton have an outside chance of securing a best runners-up berth, but their minimum requirement to remain alive is a full five-point haul away at Glasgow.

Tournament favourites Clermont Auvergne will be at home in the quarter-finals if they beat the Scarlets in Wales on Saturday. Reigning European champions Leinster are battling to stay afloat, however, although a bonus-point triumph against Exeter at Sandy Park should mean they join Clermont in the last-eight.

Jonny Wilkinson's Toulon require a point in Montpellier on Saturday to confirm their quarter-final berth. Montpellier are also chasing a last-eight place place, though, knowing a win would take them through and that a draw might also be sufficient.
