Agnieszka Radwanska: Heads to Melbourne after back-to-back titles.

Agnieszka Radwanska says a hot run of form has raised her hopes of finally winning a grand slam.

The world No 4 goes into next week's Australian Open buoyed by a whitewash win over Dominika Cibulkova in the final of Sydney's warm-up tournament that stretched her unbeaten run to nine matches.

Radwanska reached her first major final at Wimbledon last year, only to be beaten by Serena Williams, and has yet to go beyond the quarter-final stage in Melbourne but admitted her confidence is higher than ever.

"Wherever I go now I just always think I can win it," the Pole, who also triumphed at the Auckland Classic, said. "I think Melbourne is also that kind of tournament.

"Being in the top 10, top five already for a couple years, I think it means that I can also win a grand slam.

"I'm extremely happy I've won two titles in a row and have not even lost a set. Really it's been an amazing two weeks.

"The Australian Open is a different tournament, a different story, and I just have to start from the beginning.

"I just hope I can play at the same level there as well."
