London Welsh have made four changes for their Amlin Challenge Cup fixture with Grenoble at the Kassam Stadium on Saturday.

Joe Ajuwa for Ashley Smith on the wing is the only alteration to the back division.

Hooker Dan George is back from injury in place of Greg Bateman, while tight head prop James Tideswell and No 8 Alfie To'oala start in place of Arthur Joly and Daniel Browne respectively.

London Welsh received a boost to their quarter-final hopes earlier in the week when the result of their defeat in Grenoble on December 7 was reversed because the French side had fielded an inelgiable player, Lotu Taukeiaho.

Grenoble were docked the four points they gained from the 20-9 victory and fined 10,000 euros by an independent disciplinary committee, who changed the result of the match to a 28-0 win for London Welsh.

It means the Aviva Premiership newcomers gain five points and move from third to second in Pool 5, now three points above Grenoble and 10 behind group leaders Stade Francais, who beat Cavalieri Prato on Thursday in their round-four fixture.

London Welsh: 15 Tom Arscott, 14 Phillip Mackenzie, 13 James Lewis, 12 Seb Jewell, 11 Joe Ajuwa, 10 Alex Davies, 9 Nick Runciman, 8 Alfie Vaeluaga Toala, 7 Mike Hills, 6 Lee Beach, 5 Matt Corker, 4 Adam Brown, 3 James Tideswell, 2 Greg Bateman, 1 Tom Bristow.
Replacements: 16 Greg Bateman, 17 Billy Moss, 18 Arthur Joly, 19 Mike Denbee, 20 Jon Mills, 21 Matt Keyte, 22 Simon Whatling, 23 Nick Scott

Grenoble: 15 Fabien Gengenbacher, 14 Florian Ninard, 13 Rida Jaouher, 12 Aloisio Butonidualevu, 11 Viliame Waqaseduadua, 10 Blair Stewart, 9 Valentin Courrent, 8 Flavein Nouhaillaguet, 7 Henri Vanderglas, 6 Jonathan Best, 5 Andrew Farley, 4 Ben Hand, 3 Karim Kouider, 2 Laurent Bouchet, 1 Gregory Fabro.
